Paperwork
These terms apply when you request a reading, a clinic visit, a briefing, or any other work from Webcornerbase, Office 7, 26 Test Street, Kuching 00000. By sending the contact form, paying a deposit, or inviting us onto the floor, you accept them.
The work
We read pet care apps against the lists a clinic, kennel, cattery, or grooming room already keeps. We do not sell software, take payments for third-party licences, or provide veterinary, animal-welfare, or grooming-technique advice. A quote names the site, the app, and the shape of the reading. Work starts when the deposit in that quote is received.
Your materials
You warrant that you may show us staff screens, reminder logs, pet profiles, and paper registers. You must remove or mask owner phone numbers and identity-card numbers when they are not needed for the reading. You remain responsible for your own agreements with your app vendor.
Intellectual property
The written reading is yours to use inside your practice. You may show it to your vendor and your staff. You may not republish it as a product review, resell it, or remove our name from the title page. Our methods, templates, and the text of this website remain ours. Photographs we take of cage cards or screens, if any, are used only in your reading unless you agree otherwise in writing.
Liability
We take care at the desk and on the floor. We are not liable for missed appointments, empty boarding runs, spoiled vials, or owner complaints that continue after a reading. Our total liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, except where Malaysian law does not allow that limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
We are not liable for delay caused by missing paper lists, a vendor that will not export logs, public holidays, or a charity drive that occupies the room.
Floor conduct
You provide a safe chair, an introduction to staff, and a path that does not block animals or owners. We may leave if the visit becomes a medical emergency scene, a dispute with an owner, or a day you failed to mention (rabies clinic, sterilisation drive). Hours already spent remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Sarawak have jurisdiction, without limiting either party’s right to seek interim relief elsewhere if needed.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. The version that applies to an engagement is the version in force on the date of your quote.
