We follow one booking the way a pet owner actually makes it: from the first tap to the carrier at the door.
An owner-path walkthrough is for clinics and salons that hear “I tried to book” and then see a gap on the day. We do not guess from screenshots. We make a real test booking for a named animal — a booster, a bath, or a weekend board — using the same phone an ordinary owner would use.
Along the path we note every stall: an English-only form in a Bahasa-speaking household, a microchip field that blocks the next screen, a payment step that has nothing to do with our work (we stop before money moves), a reminder that arrives after the appointment time.
The write-up maps that single path against what your receptionist sees. It will not cover every feature in the app. It will tell you whether a Padungan owner with one cat can finish a vaccine booking without ringing the desk.
