Evening briefing for the people who unlock the clinic

A ninety-minute sitting after closing, walking the reading with nurses, kennel hands, and whoever still keeps the exercise book.

A reading that only the owner sees tends to die in a drawer. The evening briefing is the hour after the last animal leaves, when nurses, kennel hands, and the receptionist can argue with the page in the room where the work happens.
We bring the written reading, the week’s reminder log, and the paper register. We do not present slides about “change.” We go line by line: which booster reminder left the app, which cage card never had an app twin, which grooming SMS sat in a queue until morning.
When the briefing is part of a full app reading, it is included. Booked alone, it is for practices that already have notes from a vendor or from their own staff and need someone from outside to hold the papers still. Up to eight people; more than that and the hour turns into a speech.
Ask for a briefing date after closing, not during consulting hours.
