Paperwork
This page covers fees for readings, front-desk days, owner-path walkthroughs, neighbouring-app comparisons, evening briefings, and clinic visits. Webcornerbase does not sell goods, shipping, subscriptions, or app licences, so those models are not described here.

Eligibility
A full refund of money we still hold is due if we cancel a booked visit and cannot offer another week within thirty days that you can take. A full refund of an unused deposit is also due if you cancel in writing at least fourteen days before the first floor hour, and we have not yet opened your files.
Partial refunds
If you cancel between thirteen and five days before the first floor hour, we keep the deposit and refund any balance already paid. If you cancel inside five days, or if nobody is present to introduce us when we arrive, the deposit is kept and remaining floor hours are billed at half the quoted day rate unless we can fill the morning (we rarely can).
Work already written — scoping-call notes, export reading, draft pages — stays payable for the hours spent, even if you later decide not to take the briefing.
Non-refundable items
- The thirty percent deposit once we have opened your reminder logs or paper-register photographs, except where we cancelled as above
- Travel and overnight costs already committed for a site outside Kuching city
- A briefing date that you missed without moving it
Process and timing
Write to the desk. We confirm what we still hold and, if a refund is due, return it by the same bank transfer method you used, within fourteen working days after we have the account details. We do not refund in cash on the floor.
Cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows
You may move a visit week once, if you give at least seven days’ notice and we have a free morning. A second move is treated as a cancellation. If weather or a flooded road stops us reaching a Sarawak site, we reschedule without penalty.
If we arrive and the room is a charity drive, rabies clinic, or other all-hands morning you did not name, we leave. That morning is a no-show on the practice side.
Deposits and work already started
The deposit holds the week. It is applied to the final invoice. It is not an extra fee. Once floor hours or desk reading have begun, unused later hours can be moved once; they are not automatically refunded.
Materials
We do not buy vials, feed, or grooming stock. Printed copies of your own register, if we make them, are destroyed or returned with the file at the end of retention. There is nothing to “restock.”
Exceptions
If a reading cannot proceed because the vendor forbids every export and you told us that constraint before the deposit, we will quote a thinner reading or return the deposit. If you disclose the forbid only after we have travelled, travel costs stay payable.
Malaysian statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain in place.
