Rates, deposits, and what changes the quote
Prices follow the hours in your waiting room and the mess of the paper lists, not a monthly plan.
Readings are quoted after a short scoping call. The figures below are starting points for one site in Kuching. They are informational. Nothing on this page takes payment.

A full reading already includes one evening briefing. Travel beyond Kuching city is billed at RM 850 a day plus overnight costs at cost.
Deposits and timing
A deposit of thirty percent holds a visit week. The rest is due on the briefing day, by bank transfer. We do not take cards on the floor and we do not run subscriptions.
If the paper register is missing and the visit has to be paused, the hours already spent remain payable; unused floor hours can be moved once, as described in the refund note.
What we do not bill like
There is no starter pack, no annual seat, and no discount for “unlocking modules.” If you only want the morning at reception, book that day. If you want the kennel corridor as well, say so on the call and we will quote the full reading instead of stacking surprise hours.
Write to Office 7 with the room you run. We reply with a figure or with the two questions still blocking one.
